Hourly services is a service priced on time, and once time runs out then the customer would have a few options to decide.
Rescheduling has a minium booking of 2 hours with a team of 2 cleaners.
Adding a extra hour must be provided with a 45 min notice to help increase the changes of approval from the customer scheduled after you. If they decline, or if its a very heavy day we would not be able to provide extra time to your cleaning the same day
Adding a extra hour same day would also make your extra hour price at $60 per cleaner/per hour. So if you have a team of 2 cleaners it would be priced at $120 the extra hour.
You are unable to request specials available online on the same day, since its not provided with a 24/hr notice.

A list of tasks or request customers ask for that we do not allow. There maybe more unlisted tasks that the team is unable to do, but these are the main top tasks/requests we do not allow in hourly services.If you had no first time deep cleaning, and are about to give us a try for the first time, we require a deposit of $65 deposit to reserve and rest paid at the beginning if the service.
After your first time cleaning, if you schedule recurring then we'll require a card authorization form to be signed to charge per visit.
If you do not get a recurring services, then each visit you schedule will require a deposit of $65 or full payment of your services to reserve.
We do not have a return policy on Hourly services. Before you book a hourly services please be aware that you are not being priced to finish the job but to only do a certain number of hours of cleaning.
If you wish to have a return policy included to your service you must request a Fixed Rate service also known as Flat Rate service. You also can not request a switch of services on the same day cleaning. Must provide a 24/hr notice.
CAN NOT SOLICIATE ANY OF OUR EMPLOYEES. ELSE THERE IS A FINE OF $2500 TO HIRE AN EMPLOYEE WHILE WITH OUR COMPANY. YOU CAN HIRE ANY EX-EMPLOYEE THAT HASN’T BEEN WORKING WITH OUR COMPANY FOR MORE THAN A 2 YEAR LIFE SPAN. YOU ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE BOUND TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE MOMENT YOUR CLEANING PAYMENT IS PAID TO US. THIS IS APPLIED TO ANY CONTRACT, RECIEPTS, OR DOCUMENT PROVIDED TO YOU WHILE WITH US.

Providing training to new cleaners, and showing them what we expect from them. We don't expect them to be 100% amazing but we hope for them to see that cleaning isn't as easy it is as cleaning our own home. It takes more responsibility and attention to certain key points.
