Hourly Services

Hourly services is a service priced on time, and once time runs out then the customer would have a few options to decide.

Such as

  • Reschedule for another day
  • Rescheduling has a minium booking of 2 hours with a team of 2 cleaners.

  • Adding a extra hour same day
  • Adding a extra hour must be provided with a 45 min notice to help increase the changes of approval from the customer scheduled after you. If they decline, or if its a very heavy day we would not be able to provide extra time to your cleaning the same day

    Adding a extra hour same day would also make your extra hour price at $60 per cleaner/per hour. So if you have a team of 2 cleaners it would be priced at $120 the extra hour.

    You are unable to request specials available online on the same day, since its not provided with a 24/hr notice.

    Whats Included

    There is no list, we do not gurantee tasks, or areas to be cleaned by the end of your time. Since we did not charge you based on condition, size, and tasks requested, there is no way of providing a guranteed service in a hourly cleaning.

    WHAT WE DO ALLOW TO BE ASKED:

    This is a list of requested tasks we allow during your cleaning time frame.
    1. General cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms..
    2. Help fold clothing, or put into hangers
    3. Help with organizing (but our team is not trained on organizing, therefore please be aware of their low experiance if you were to decide to request this task)

    WHAT WE DO NOT ALLOW:

    A list of tasks or request customers ask for that we do not allow. There maybe more unlisted tasks that the team is unable to do, but these are the main top tasks/requests we do not allow in hourly services.
    1. Cleaning antiques or delicate items
    2. Cleaning feces or urin on the floor
    3. Washing or drying delicate items, or hazard clothing/blankets
    4. Taking off shoes
    5. Second floor windows High not accissable tasks/areas/windows Thin blinds (they are extreamly thin and break easily)
    6. Outside work/Yard work
    7. Using machines the team has not been trained in
    8. Serving guests
    9. Moving furniture (customer must be responsible for moving furniture)
    10. Using a different ladder that allows the team to go higher than what is accepted within our services
    11. Fixtures that are too high will no be wiped down, maybe dusted if our extention can reach it.
    12. Cleaning cabinets above the top surface near the cieling (the material of the top surface is plain wood, and can not be cleaned with liquid, or removal of grease)
    13. We also do not remove mold, and if we were to try it would only be a temporary fix with bleach (which we do not use in our cleaning unless provided to us by the customer).
    14. We do not polish cabinets, you'd have to provide the cleaner for the team.

    Customer Responsibilities

    1. Ensuring access at the beginning of the service on time
    2. Ensuring payment on the day of the cleaning
    3. Ensuring water and electricity.
    4. Ensuring that any items that are broken, or delicate material should be advised to us via photo to prevent us from touching.
    5. Ensuring that the home is picked up before we arrive. Such as food, boxes, and clearing tables and counter tops. Also make sure any pet feses or cat liter is picked up before we arrive.
    6. Ensuring to clear rooms such as bathrooms/kitchen while the team is starting as they will be cleaned first.
    7. Ensuring a 1-day notice of any rescheduled appointments.
    8. Ensuring a 1-day notice of any cancelled appointments.
    9. Ensuring to be present at the property 1 hour before the services are going to be finished, to provide notice of additonal time requested. Else you would not be provide the availablity for additonal cleaning time.

    Cancellation (Policy)

  • Customer must provide a 24 hour notice to cancel the service else the customer will not be provided with a deposit refund.

  • Rescheduling (Policy)

  • Customer must provide a 24 hour notice to reschedule the service else deposit is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling multiple times even with a 24/hr notice may require the customer to have their deposit non-refundable if it goes beyond 30 days from its orginal service date.

  • Payment Policy

    If you had no first time deep cleaning, and are about to give us a try for the first time, we require a deposit of $65 deposit to reserve and rest paid at the beginning if the service.

    After your first time cleaning, if you schedule recurring then we'll require a card authorization form to be signed to charge per visit.

    If you do not get a recurring services, then each visit you schedule will require a deposit of $65 or full payment of your services to reserve.

    Return Policy

    We do not have a return policy on Hourly services. Before you book a hourly services please be aware that you are not being priced to finish the job but to only do a certain number of hours of cleaning.

    If you wish to have a return policy included to your service you must request a Fixed Rate service also known as Flat Rate service. You also can not request a switch of services on the same day cleaning. Must provide a 24/hr notice.

    CAN NOT SOLICIATE ANY OF OUR EMPLOYEES. ELSE THERE IS A FINE OF $2500 TO HIRE AN EMPLOYEE WHILE WITH OUR COMPANY. YOU CAN HIRE ANY EX-EMPLOYEE THAT HASN’T BEEN WORKING WITH OUR COMPANY FOR MORE THAN A 2 YEAR LIFE SPAN. YOU ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE BOUND TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE MOMENT YOUR CLEANING PAYMENT IS PAID TO US. THIS IS APPLIED TO ANY CONTRACT, RECIEPTS, OR DOCUMENT PROVIDED TO YOU WHILE WITH US.
