We require $35 deposit to confirm any appointment.

Move In & Out's List

• Kitchen/dining room:

Wipe down the cabinets Inside (If are empty)
Wipe down the cabinets outside
Wipe down the counters tops
Wipe down the sink
Wipe down the microwave
Wipe down the stove top
Wipe down the doors and frames
Wipe down the light fixtures
Wipe down accessible windows ledges
Wipe down the baseboards
Remove as much as we can of cobwebs *if your ceiling is too high we might not be able to reach all your cobwebs*
Sweep the floor
Mop the floor

• Bathrooms:

Scrub and disinfected the toilets
Scrub and disinfected the tubs
Scrub and disinfected the showers
Scrub and disinfected the sinks
Wipe down the counters tops
Wipe down inside the cabinets (if are empty)
Wipe down outside the cabinets
Wipe down the mirrors
Wipe down the light switches
Wipe down the accessible ceiling lamps
Remove as much as we can of cobwebs *if your ceiling is too high we might not be able to reach all your cobwebs*
Wipe down the baseboards
Wipe down the doors
Wipe down the door frames
Sweep the floor
Mop/vacuum the floor

• Bedrooms/Living Areas:

Wipe down the ceiling fans
Wipe down the baseboards
Wipe down the doors
Wipe down the door frames
Wipe down the light switches
Wipe down spots on the wall *not the whole wall, and if the wall is in a very bad condition your price will increase*
Wipe down the closets
Remove as much as we can of cobwebs *if your ceiling is too high we might not be able to reach all your cobwebs*
Sweep the floors
Mop/vacuum the floors
