Hourly service, Once the time is over the crew needs to get paid so they can leave to the next appointment. Our crew members do not need to clean slow to get more hours. They already have a busy schedule. The crew will have another client after you that will deman for the crew to arrive on time.
You must have the payment ready for the labor services, and if you need more time and want to add more time on the day of the cleaning. You must let us know with 1 hour in advance before your appointment is about to finish. We will call our client after you to check if they allow the request, if not then you will need to reschedule for another 2 hours minimum reservation.

*NOT INCLUDE WINDOWS OUTSIDE
*WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS TO LABOR SERVICES.
*TAKE OFF OUR SHOES, YOU MUST PROVIDE SHOE COVERS IF YOU REQUIRE THEM TO REMOVE IT.

*WE DONT REMOVE MOLD
*WE DON'T REMOVE MOLD IN THE GROUT
