Before setting up an appointment make sure to read the terms and conditions of each service provided to you. Each service is different and unique (if you do not wish to read the terms and conditions of each service, you can go to our frequently asked questions). All information provided to you by phone is stated online, please do not book an appointment online or by phone if you have not read out terms and conditions of your Hourly service, Flat rate service, or Carpet shampoo service.
Privacy Policy

a. We will not sell, share, or rent the information collected. We use user information to send clients their appointment information, updated information the client must know of their services with Serranos cleaning services, etc..

b. If any changes come to be within our Privacy policy, we will post those changes on the our Website under Privacy Policy. The client will not be directly notified, they will only be notified by checking our online website for updates.

c. When you set an appointment that requires submission of your full name, email , service address or any other private information, this information is not shared and is kept private and only shared to your team, receptionist or any other individual connected to Serranos cleaning services to be able to provide to you, your services.

d. When completing a payment online and using your credit card information, we use a third party to complete your transaction so your information is safe. For example, past clients have used paypal to complete recurring payments, or their one time service with Serranos cleaning services though our online website.

Guidelines for One Time Cleaning; that Customers must follow during their stay with Serranos cleaning services. All cleaning requirements are set for a reason, please read the following terms and conditions within our guidelines, to prevent any misunderstandings or unexpected inconveniences.
Accepting a quote, completing payment, and or providing access to Serranos cleaning team in your property is accepting our terms and conditions. Serranos cleaning services will not provide the customer any notice directly and only via our website. Unless Serranos cleaning services provided a reminder to the customer, although it is not required for Serranos cleaning services to provide such customer of all the guidelines directly. The customer has the responsibility to check our terms and conditions before continuing any further. Serranos cleaning services reserves the right to update the Guidelines of such terms and conditions any time without noticed to the customer.
Serranos cleaning services (aka Serranos) shall have the right at any time as they feel necessary to discontinue any aspect or feature of Serranos website, post, or advertisement, including but not limited to content, discounts, hours of availability, and the equipment needed for the access of use.
Serranos offers various services within their website and online advertisements. Not all prices are valid for all cities, and all customers. Prices for selected cities or selected customers that choose a certain type of service may have a minimum cost and therefore can not be provided with such coupon or discount presented online that would go under that certain amount.
The general norm of pricing within any type of service Serranos offers (regards to general cleaning services) is either a service by the time or a service by the request. A service by the time is also know by ("Hourly") , or ("Hourly Services") This type of service is generally charged by a certain cost per hour/per half hour that the customer requests for the team to stay and clean. The service by the time aka ("Hourly Service") does not GUERANTEE any assurance that the customer will receive a full cleaning, by the end of the customers time. And the customer is also not provided with a GURRANTEE of any kind if they were to need additional time on the same day service. What the service by the time does, is it provides the customer a sense of peace in regard to moving the team in cleaning other parts of the home that was not clarified with the office directly. The service by the time, allows the customer to change their tasks at any moment during the time they reserve, after the time ends, they would have to pay for additional time either for another date or check if there is availability for the team to stay longer than expected.
The following service Serranos provides other than service by the time (aka "Hourly Services") is also the service by the request wish is also known as the ("Flat rate"). This type of service is generally charged by each area, each extra task (not provided by Serranos) that is a add-on, and the type of condition the home is left in. Therefore, the service by the request is more expensive than the service by the time. Why? Well, the Service by the request is set to provide a set price to complete the request the customer demands done. Which then causes inspections and return back if necessary. If the customer choosing a ("Flat rate") its because they wish to know a set cost to complete their home and for the home to be completed by the end of the day, without the need for him/her to be there the whole time the team is working; only until the end of the service is the customer needed to do the inspection of the home. And once the inspection is finished, the team would then leave the home and the customer would be happy. There are not additional charges towards the extra time that the team stays for the inspection. Therefore, in order for us to provide the customer a 100% success in making sure we estimate the time correctl, we always request photos of the homes current condition, areas, and extra services they may require done. We also provide our customers the list what will be done to each area of the home which the customer demanded, so the customer is aware of what is included to their ("Flat rate"). BUT, if the customer provided old photos of the homes condition; or provided photos showing only the good parts of the home and not the worse parts of the home, this can cause the price to increase on the day of the cleaning. The customer would be informed at the beginning of their services if the price needs to change. The price may also increase, if the customer provided us less than the number of windows/blinds that are within the home. There are various of reasons why the cost would need to increase such as but not limited to; hardwater, soap scum, grease, smoke walls, colored walls, dirty walls, paint, remodeled, dirt, windows, blinds, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher.
There are limitations within Serranos services that they do not allow within any of there appointments. Such as but not limited to; using a ladder of 3ft or more is not permitted, cleaning ceilings, cleaning windows outside on the second floor or windows that are not safe/or accessible to reach, moving heavy furniture, cleaning one home, and then pausing services to continue on another home, labor outside the property is not permitted.
We will provide our general basic cleaning supplies, although if you are not happy with our teams cleaning supplies, we are incredibly happy to use your own cleaning supplies as long as the cleaning supplies makes the team faster or helps them complete the services in a timely manner. If the team takes longer due to a complicated technique that the customer requires of them, the customer will be provided with a notice of a surcharge. If the customer wishes not to only remove one or two cleaning sprays, but also sponges or the type mop the customer must make sure to provide the team two mops minimum and a sponge for each different room and for each different cleaner that will be assigned to the customer on the day of the cleaning. If the team would have to be required to share and wait for the product to be available to them, the customer can face surcharges.
The main responsibilities of the customer is providing on time access and payment. If any of these were to be delayed the customer would face surcharges to their account. The surcharges are to prevent the customer from being irresponsible with our teams time. Time is especially important, and any time wasted due to any inconvenience of the customer will cause surcharges. These inconveniences that can occur such as but not limited to; tardiness, cancelations, reschedules, no water/electricity, etc. The customer can face between $25 per cleaner per hour with a minimum surcharge of $55. Tardiness is marked once the team has arrived and the customer takes longer than 15 minutes to respond or arrive which ever it may lead to exactly 15 minutes of waiting time, the customer will receive a surcharge.
All rescheduled or canceled appointments must be notified with a 48-hour notice. If the customers appointment were scheduled on the same day service, the customers responsibility is to provide a notice of 2 hours before the time of arrival; else they would face the same surcharges explained above. If the customers appointment were scheduled less than 48 hours but not on the same day service; the customer would be allowed to cancel or reschedule 1 day before their cleaning service; if the customer cancels or rescheduled on the same day the customer would face the same surcharges explained above.
The customer approves and understands that Serranos may take before and after photos of but not limited to; stove top, oven inside, baseboards, windows, blinds, walls, ceiling fans, kitchen, restrooms, bedrooms, living rooms or any areas that was cleaned through Serranos cleaning services. Serranos cleaning services would crop out any photos of the customers if there were to be, during the before and after cleaning. These photos would be used as proof of the cleaning and would be used for advertisements on Serranos cleaning services website, social media, and but not limited to any type of advertisements. The customer is aware they will not receive any type of compensation of any kind of any of the photos taken. The customer is aware that Serranos cleaning services will only remove or edit a photo if there are any faces of the customer.
ALL PAYMENTS are paid via card only. The customer is not allowed to pay by cash, check or any other form of payment not allowed or accepted by Serranos Cleaning Services.
